Shipping policy

If the item is a presale item, it usually will be shipped 5 business days after the presale phase ends! And you can find the presale schedule on the item description page or our Instagram.

Regular items will be shipped within 7 business days after the order is PAID. Some payment methods, such as PayPal, will take a couple of days to process.

Domestic Shipping
Please anticipate a processing and handling time of 1-3 weeks. Shipping is via USPS, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 14 business days based on the final destination and chosen shipping method.

International Shipping
We provide international shipping using USPS or UPS. Delivery times may range from a few weeks to two months, and customers may be required to pay a duty fee upon receipt of the item. We cannot provide false customs information for orders due to tax, legal, and liability considerations. Please refrain from requesting us to misrepresent the value of your purchase or declare it as a gift.
