I saw a misleading review, and it reminded me that I forgot to leave my own review!
Firstly, the dress and customer service is amazing! I first found the dress at their both at the Cherry Blossom festival, and proceeded to buy one. When I got home and tried it on, I realized I preferred a different size, so I immediately went to check their policy, and with my product being in completely new condition with tags, undamaged, and never worn out, I contacted them requesting an exchange. They were very helpful and arranged one for me!
I really love this dress because not only is it super cute and roomy, but it works great for all kinds of settings! I can wear it when I want to dress up and feel a little cute, for casual settings, and even when I just want something quick to wear. It's so nice, I ended up ordering a second one in a different color!
I honestly cannot recommend this dress enough, it's definitely one of my favorite dresses. As long as you understand and respect their policies, they are more than willing to help and accomodate you. They're honestly so sweet and an amazing business, so please don't try to take advantage them.

This dress costed over $100 dollars, and I used what little savings I had to purchase this dress. I was expecting a functional product. When I got it, it seemed fine so I took off the tag and wore it. The bottom part of the zipping came undone in public and my whole back and butt was hanging out of the dress. A stranger had to cover me up. When I tried to take off the dress, the zipper jammed and I got stuck in it. I contacted customer support and all they gave me is a 15 dollar coupon the next time I’d theoretically shop for their products (why would I repurchase a broken product??? The logic ain’t there). Even though it was the company’s fault that the zipper was faulty, they refused to exchange it because I took off the tag. They also denied me a refund. Their company policy should not apply to defective products. Will not be shopping here again. The customer support person even implied it was my fault that the zipper got stuck.
We once again apologize for your poor experience with us; after taking a close look at your complaint, you requested a sizing exchange, from size S to size M, and we noticed that the product has been stated to be broken after being worn out, and not just tried on. It is against policy to make returns or refunds as per the refund policy stated on our webpage and in the product description. In this policy, it is stated that refunds and returns are not possible, and exchange is only permitted for products in new condition with a tag still on. After examining the pictures and your complaint we find it likely that there may have been a mistake in the sizing, and your request for a size change leads us to the same conclusion. We again are very sorry for the poor experience, and we attempted to reflect that in a non-obligatory 15-dollar coupon.
For any potential or returning customers who may be put off by this complaint, we would like to advise you to take a close look at the sizing charts and refund policy before buying with us. If you think you may have gotten the wrong size, it is important to keep the tag on and be careful to avoid any damage to the product so we can do an exchange to get you the right size and avoid a possible negative experience.
It's amazing and just like the picture. I wish I knew I had to get the bow with the dress but thankfully it's on my way as far as I know. Would buy from them again and worth the price!
