Disappointing, owners are totally unprofessional.

Originally purchased the heartquake blouse, quality of the product is just okay. Real problem comes from the owners. Tried on the blouse to see if it would fit, it did not due to my chest being on the bigger side, contacted the owners for an exchange and everything was fine until the product was delivered back to them after paying for the shipping fee and a separate processing fee that they charged (which I didn’t mind). What I did mind was the email I received from the owners saying they couldn’t do the exchange because the generic thin plastic bag they shipped it in was missing. I also took the tag off which I understand, though is it uncommon to assume they have another tag? I intended to wear this product so I took the tag off. They insinuated that the product was ruined due to a small cat hair and a barely visible deodarant mark (that could easily be wiped off) from trying on the blouse to see if it fit. Was completely denied an exchange and was rudely accused of trying to receive a “free” product even though I initially paid for the article of clothing in the first place. Very lame, would not recommend. Blouse was 70 dollars, the material felt a little cheap for the price, very thin material. Wanted to love it still but I can’t accept being accused of trying to get a free product. Would not do business with again.

Regarding the exchange process, we would like to clarify that upon your request for a size change, we promptly communicated the requirements for the exchange. We emphasized the necessity for the product to be in 'almost new condition' with the tag still attached. We also said that this exchange would not be free, since it is clearly written in our policy that we only accept free exchange for defective items. You could’ve canceled the exchange. Or at the very least, you could've informed us about the condition of your shirt. But you didn't. Then we received a stained shirt with no tag. Given these discrepancies, we regrettably had to deny the exchange and return the original shirt to you. We should not be responsible for the damage or your decisions, since we were very clear about the requirements and procedures from the start. We trust you understand that our adherence to these requirements is essential to maintain fairness and uphold our policies for all customers.

Addressing the specific concerns you raised:

1. About the plastic bag: We already informed you in one of our email sent on March 2nd, 10:12 pm, that the pag is not a deal breaker, it's just what people most do (return the products to original package) and it's more respectful that way. Plus it was not a 'generic thin plastic bag', we custom ordered the bags, it has our logo on it and it's reusable.
2. About the tag: The presence of the tag is crucial for ensuring the product's integrity. For example, there is a possiblity that a tag-less item is used and washed. And we do have extra tags, but only 20-30 of them. Becaseu we use different tags for different collection to give people the full experience.
3. About the damage on the shirt: We never mentioned any issues about the cat hair. What we were concerned was the white stain. You ordered the shirt in black, and the white stain is very much visiable. And we could not identify the chemical, becasue you never informed us about it beforehand. Maybe it can be removed with some strong wipes, but then we would have to throw it away, because after cleaning/washing it is not new any more. And that is big loss to our business. We would very grateful if you can understand that.
4. About the free item: You only paid for the original shirt (the returned and stained one), and we are giving that shirt back to you. So you still get what you paid for. And you did not meet the requirements for exchange, so we cannot give you a new shirt. Then after we clearly informed you that your exchange is denied and presenting you with photo evidences, we received emails from you saying how disappointed you are, and how you paid for it, and how rude of us to not accept your exchange. Then we had to send 2 very long emails (after denying your exhcnage) to clearly explain in details why we would not take your stained shirt back. Plus you didn’t pay for a new one. So fulfilling your request of getting a new shirt, would be equivalent to giving out a free shirt. And a small business like us just cannot afford that.
5. About the material: We have listed the material on our product page. Acetate is very breathable and lightweighted, but it is not cheap. And it is derived from natual resources like wood fiber, so it's more enviromentally friendly than polyester.

Once again, we extend our sincerest apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience caused. We genuinely hope you find more satisfactory experiences elsewhere, and we remain open to addressing any further concerns you may have.

I love this blouse the fabric is really soft. Also the heart cut out will keep it shape while putting it on.
It looks really cute although I need to get more confidence to where it out.
